Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with project manager to assist with developing project schedules. Ensure that the field staff is providing accurate 3-week look ahead schedules.
• Prepare start-up packages for the field superintendent.
• Assembling start-up packages for the site superintendent
• Site books, Green book
• Print drawings for site, always ensuring that the latest set is with the site super. Keep the subcontractors up to date with the latest plans.
• Coordinate porta-potty, dumpsters
• Review drawings, prepare take-offs and coordinate and schedule materials to the site
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure their insurance forms have been provided prior to the start of their scope.
• Tracking and coordinating of project materials for example, restroom accessories, tile/Schluter, wallpaper, furniture, lighting package, specialty items…etc.
• Issue bid award emails to subs as provided by the PM.
• Collect all submittals and provide them to the client, track accordingly.
• Review all subcontractor provided change orders and submit to the client, review with PM.
• Release approved change orders and track in job folder and budget.
• Daily check-in with the site supervisor to ensure the project is running per schedule, and address any issues, accordingly, looping in the PM as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly calls with the client, AOR, EOR, and super.
• Assemble the documents to provide to the client weekly; weekly report, 3 week lookahead, RFI, submittal logs, site photos and project schedules.
• Ensure all third-party software tools are update accordingly (Raken, PlanGrid, Timberline)
• Close out documentation to be requested and collected, initial requests to subs needs to be coordinated per the project schedule.
• Ensure as-builts are being developed by the site superintendent.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and methods.
• The ability to read blueprints and develop take-offs and subcontractor scope documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
• Experience in remodeling open businesses, complete fit outs of new spaces is preferred, ground up construction is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
